Single rib steaks, 50mm thick, on the bone, marinated in olive oil, rosemary, thyme, black pepper & garlic.  Cooked rare and sliced thin.

Spatchcock chickens, marinated in olive oil, lemon, thyme & pepper.  Cooked to perfection and chopped into portions.

Skirt steaks marinated in apple juice, soy sauce, garlic, red onion, sesame oil & pepper.  Cooked rare and sliced thin.

Home made salsa verde

SALADS

Freekeh (it’s a gorgeous, nutty grain, a bit like pearl barley) dressed with lemon oil, served with griddled courgette & asparagus, roast red pepper, chopped spring onions & herbs 

Moroccan salad – diced, seeded tomato, cucumber, red onion, green pepper, parsley with roasted, ground cumin, lemon juice, olive oil & black pepper 

Mixed peppery leaf farmers market salad with chopped herbs, blue and white borage flowers     & light French dressing.
